Neglected

Pathetic and frankly neglectful service!!!! Their systems dont speak to eachother. i have been calling the call center for 5 weeks to suspend my account and to get clarity on the date of installation and no-one has been able to clarify this. Everytime i call they say they will call back and I hear nothing. I have been billed for a month that i had no connectivity after I asked to be suspended and this was obviously not done. I will cancel my subscription and have chosen to go with afrihost rather. Vodacom have been nothing but time wasted and i will never recommend them to anyone for any service.
