Negative Marketing Strategy

I get an SMS regularly informing me that I must SMS CONCOVOFF to 31050 and that if I do not do so, I’m gonna be charged R 15 every month for “Contract Cover”. This negative marketing strategy is forbidden in terms of the Consumer Protection Act. So it means if I do not OPT OUT as the SMS says I must, VODACOM is going to increase my monthly bill by R 15. Without my consent; without even a verification of my affordability. I place it on record that I do not want this service you are offering. Please desist from forcing me to send an SMS to 31050. Please!!!
