Need urgent assistance

<p>Since April 2016 I have phoned Vodacom MULTIPLE times with the EXACT same query. This will be visible on the system. I have asked multiple consultants to please phone me. I phone every month to go through the same query with a new consultant. I am so frustrated and urgently need Vodacom to phone me. Not happy with the current service at all.</p>
