Need to softlock their debit order from now on.... Tired of being **** to

Had an issue during the month of November where I had taken out a new contract (in October, which began in November) for R1300 a month. On the 4th of the month my signal suddenly cut and I received a message "user softlocked." I had no idea what it was or why it happened so I called in and after 25 minutes on hold I was told that I had a credit limit of R1000 on my vodacom account, and I thought "but I took out a contract of R1300, how the hell can the consultant release the new contract of R1300 if there is a R1000 limit??" so during the month of november, lots of back and forward calls with vodacom, finally on the 15th I get a message saying, "user unlocked, credit limit increased to R7000" and immediately after a lady by the name of Cassandra calls me and says "for all your trouble we are providing you a 15% diso**** on your subscription" and I thought it was great of them to compensate me eventhough for just over 10 DAYS I was getting softlocked! On the 30th of November, a debit order goes off my account "R1310" but I was told I was getting a 15% discount??? I even got an sms to prove it. Anyway I wasnt extremely bothered because I did not ask or expect a discount I just wanted my problem sorted out which I thought it was as November was pure AGONY!. On the 5th of December I get an sms "user softlocked." I am completely stunned! how the hell can I get softlocked with a R7000 limit? and ontop of it during the busiest month of the year! I run my business from my phone and here I get a softlock message?? I immediately contacted customer service via 111 and email and they had responded about 18 hours later. (Better than 10 days trust me). So I received feedback from one of the consultants which had helped me previously and he PROMISED over and over that by a certain time that day he was going to call me back. Still no response from him. I lost my temper and typed out an email to customer care. They made a lady by the name of Marelise Carelse call me. She was quite sympethatic, also promised to have issue escalated and will respond to me no later than 10 the next morning. No response, its like they vanish off the face of the Earth. One day they all helpful and lying and the next day ****** gone! Never to be heard from again. Now I am sitting with a R7000 credit limit, a softlocked line and still a debit order of R1310 going off my account. I eventually went to the store at which I took out the contract and asked for help. The gentlemen apparently made numerous calls and I had received an sms with a reference to say that it has been escalated. At around 5, my phone is still softlocked, I called the guy at the vodacom store to ask what was the progress, to which he responded, "they are bull****ting you with this account." Its like a waiter telling you that the chef had spat in your food. I called customer care, a lady by the name of BOITUMELO answers after 33 minutes on hold and tells me that she cannot unlock my line, she will send an email to the technical department and find out if she cannot unlock my line (being treated like a ********, as if I am behind with payments and trying to pull a fast one.) 10 minutes later I called customer care back, and not even 3 minutes later "sir I have unlocked your line" so what was the need for the lady to lie to me?? It is probably the 8th time which this has happened and the call center keeps refusing to send me the recordings of the call. I have been told my the vodacom store that If I want the recording I must just request it, which I did and still they would send me from pillar to post and eventually cut the call on me, like the immature kids they are. Eventually I have been advised to start recording the calls from my end. Which I did so if this matter has to go to court most of the case will be the court listening to 20 hours on hold and 1 hour of how the staff are either making false promises or refusing to help me.

Dear Vodacom,

I expect 1 of 2 things.

1) Sort your ridiculous, lying, administration out and solve my issue IMMEDIATELY

or

2) Lets cancel this contract. Refund my 2 months and take your contract and shove it. Not like you have some sort of monoply come back down to earth.
