NEED TO 0PAY FOR CHANGES VODACOM IS MAKING! UNACCEPTABLE!!

My husband and I both have contracts with Vodacom. A month ago a consultant called my husband advising him that the contract he currently has will fall away but that they are willing to change his contract. No extra costs were mentioned. This month an instalment (double of what we used to pay) was deducted. When we called Vodacom now they advised that we should pay R 1900 to downgrade. This is a bunch of bulls&$t!! GET THIS MATTER RESOLVED VERY URGENTLY!!! Yopu have our numbers, call us and resolve it!!!!
