Need Static IP

Hi, please can someone get back to me. I have a prepaid fibre account and I am working from home and require a private static IP, I called ***, no one can help. They asked me to call business and they cant help. They asked me to call *** again which I did and still cannot get help. So my question is does vodacom offer this service, if not, then I would need to cancel my fibre account with vodacom and take it up with another company that can offer the service.
