Need some help actually

Hiya<br> <br> I didn't want to give a complaint because this is not a complaint. I just can't get the help I need through the call center. I need some custom help for two things, please. <br> <br> My SMSes don't work (1) and I'm getting free data (2). <br> <br> My SMSes stopped working after I upgraded to uChoose Flexi 350 Sim Only. One phone consultant managed to get them working once but it stopped working the following month. No luck since. Please can you help me get my SMSes working forever. I can receive but I can't send. I get error 50.<br> <br> I used the app to buy a recurring 3GB month bundle and then used the app to cancel a month or so later. However, I keep getting the 3 GB per month for no cost. I would like to stop getting free stuff, strangely enough.<br> <br> Many thanks<br>
