System shows migration request from hwc to u I and upgrade request number *** dated 6.6.2014. Then quote reversal upgrade back order deleted 17.6.2014.soft look was initiated 23.7.2914.deletion request 9.9.2014. In the meantime I am waiting for the handset. Called *** Sharon Theron said network is deleted because I owe vodacom 749 she will open it when I pay that money. Remember the premiums I paid without handset for plus 7months. <br> Need my name be removed from iTC and open my number. I am on prepaid but I don't have a handset how did I accumulate such an amount. And this passing the buck of call center personnel.
