I can’t call my daughter again.
My wife’s phone shows the call and then immediately ends.
My daughter calling me hasn’t same. Just immediately ends.

And they can’t call me.
Something is wrong with all three of our SA cell numbers.

I was able to call my wife twice, perfectly.
Then on third attempt I got the call failed error and I’m still getting it.

Guys it's been months and years, since Sept 23, that we've been living with this problem!!!
I continually ask you for help.
The error as I reported throughout this period is simple: "call failed"......
That's it!!!
I am simply unable to call my wife's cell number or my daughter's cell number. If I dial +***7 on my phone using my Vodacom SIM card, I get a "call failed" error !!!
And you do not seem to be able to call me either??My iPhone is here in my hand and I've received no call from you.
So that then problem we've been trying to get solved since moving here on 04 September 2023.

I’ve again received three SMS’ welcoming me to Australia. From Vodafone. This happens often. Problem is I still cannot call my wife or daughter’s cell phone numbers. Vodacom to vodacom.

All three of us have made the changes you’ve recommended.
My wife and I could finally make 2 or 3 calls to each other but then it stopped working again. All attempts to call each other just gave a call failed error.
My daughter was able to call my wife and myself 3 times but neither my wife nor I could call her. Same call failed error.
Afraid the problem persists. Please kindly assist us.

I’ve been answering this same question since inception of this query. Multiple times guys.

I have my South African cell number that you are investigating, and and Australian number. And WhatsApp that’s working perfectly on both numbers.

And yes, all three of us still can’t make or receive calls.

Vodacom are incapable of fixing the fact that our three vodacom cell numbers simply can’t make it receive calls.
We receive sms’.

That is an OLD email and I rep**** to it at that time.

We followed every step they suggested and STILL ARE unable to make or receive vodacom calls. I even said that in my reply email and in my various complaints!!!

Point is, since that OLD email VODACOM have not helped us further and in fact just keep reverting to the same questions they asked me years ago, and I’ve answered multiple times, it basically done nothing to resolve this problem.

Nothing.

So after months & in fact since September 2023, we have been begging Vodacom to help us!!!!
And nothing!!
Just excuses and zero resolution!!
Just delay tactics and zero constructive resolution.

Guys, what a poor example of Customer Service and caring for their customers!!!!

So, the sage continues and still the three of us are unable to make or receive Vodacom calls!!!!

I just called my wife’s number from my vodacom number. Call failed.
My wife called me from her Vodacom number to my Vodacom number. Call failed.
I called my daughter from my Vodacom number to her Vodacom number, AND IT WORKED. FIRST TIME IN MONTHS.
I TRIED A SECOND TIME. CALL FAILED!!!!!!

And so the saga continues ….. month after month, Year after year. ……

And zero from Vodacom!!!!!!
