Need Answers
I have been trying every channel to get my query resolved but no one is responding. First issue : my monthly bill should be R619 per month but I'm being charged for R688, can someone please tell me what is the extra amount for. Secondly: I have placed an order for VODC18825 but Digital planet has not delivered. This is taken too long without ans idea of when is this delivery going to happen.
