Need answeres not queries closed.
Good morning,
I am complaining here as this seems to be the only way I usually get a response from Vodacom. I did submit a query. Then they just send me a sms saying that the query has been closed. The reason the query was submitted is because I want an explanation. Not just that the query has been closed. Why would I have taken the time to ask the question then? Ref number: 1- ********** **********
