Need a refund

I canceled a certain contract with them almost a year ago and was supposed when they called saying they want to offer me airtime on that number because it was still active. I tried calling them again as advised but they say their systems are done they will call me and I'm still waiting. So they have being charing me for almost a year for something I don't have. . I only have two contacts with them not three
