Nearly a week just to deliver from Eastgate

Have booked in my phone on 5 September, no one telling me how long it will take to get my phone back. Looked on the vodacom website, it says that the phone has been dispatched from East Gate on Friday 18 September. I phoned East Rand mall vodacom today, no I can expect my phone within three days. How on earth does it take a week to deliver a phone from East Gate to East Rand mall. I can order a parcel on the internet today and it will be delivered tomorrow. Then vodacom doesnt provide me with something to change my sim card from nano sim to a normal sim. Oh no lets charge you another R70 for that, for something that i will use for a few weeks. Not offering me a loan phone I have to struggle with an old phone that does not have proper signal. But HOW does it take a week to deliver a phone from repairs for a place that is 20KM away from east rand mall where I can order something from cape town and it will be here tomorrow? That is the most ****test service ever!!!
