Near impossible to get hold of the call center!

Vodacom is always down and their website NEVER works properly. They are also very sneaky by making it difficult to find their contact details, and even if you do find them, chances are you wont get to talk to anybody anyway. Its definitely not worth all of the hassle, rather go with another service provider.
