Nasty service at vodacom
It is with great regret that I’m typing this review . I had so much faith in vodacom but I must say that I’m disappointed . I visited the Greenstone vodacom ship to apply for device insurance and I was told to do it via email using the *** email address I did not receive a response whatsoever and my phone will be 30 days soon and will no longer qualify for the insurance cover.
