Nashrudeen an absolute star!!!!

I have NEVER written a positive review for Vodacom and I doubt I ever will after this one as they have always messed up and their staff NEVER keep to their word! BUT Nashrudee. Aka Nash ….THANK U THANK U & THANK U! You are a real gem and how you connect with people is outstanding. You kept your word each time you said you were going to call even on the Saturday. You were patient and got to the bottom of the issue. Above all you are SINCERE and being an agent in Vodacom is not just a job for you but your heart is in it. Again thank you and God Bless You. People like Kerissa, Zara, Lisa and Shivan should take a leaf of your book as well as Kerissa’s manager who has NEVER called back to this day! I won’t dare try to do an upgrade with Vodacom again for fear of them messing up but as a service agent you were remarkable. Had you worked on upgrades I probably would have!
