Good day my mother was not treated okay. They did not want to cancel her new contract as she asked them. She chose a wrong phone and finally she told them about her decision she doesn't like the S31FE and she wants to change it to A53 .they denied her final decisions and processes the application without her agreement. Today she went there early in the morning to talk to the manager about this incident he said he is not going to cancel her upgrade I rather report him to whoever.we are not happy about the manager's response because she did not even took the phone from the shop.They forced her to take the phone with to home and she didn't because it is not the correct choice.
