Nano sim instead of Micro sim card

I place an upgrade online on the 1st dec 2015 and got delivered on the 4th dec 2015 with a nano sim card for huawei P8 lite which uses a microSim card instead I visited vodashop and was referred to the after sales department which I contacted and the online division but I was told to visit vodashop to purchase a replacement sim which I will be refunded(discounted) on my bill, I have been with vodacom for over 15 years and this is their thank you for being loyal? When I'm due for an upgrade I will render my cancellation with the service provider or rather still migrate to Cell C and buy myself out of this contract
