Nande the rude/uninformed call centre agent

This 1 star is for Nande from the call center, I spoke to him at 11:21 04/04/2021.

This is the rudest customer service agent ever, he also refused to drop the call so that I cant complete the survey . wasting my airtime.. I would like for Management to listen to this call
