name cleared off

every year I always find my personal detail being dragged into a debt mud by vodacom. I have proven to them that someone somehow is wrongfully using my details to obtain contract with them and they [Vodacom] Forensic service have sent me letters stating that my name will be clear off but to my surprise, I got msg from their attorneys demand me to pay them +-R17000. i am not even vodacom subscriber.

i feel pathetic, disgusted and abused by vodacom's poor security.
