Nairtime two month loan

I had a Nairtime two month loan last year in November 2023 and paid up the loan. In April 2024 it appeared on my credit report as a defaulted payment. I contacted vodacom and rectified the mistake. In July 2024 it appeared again as defaulted payment whereas I have not taken the loan again and the account is said have been removed from being dormant to active. Please vodacom do justice in your service and remove this from my credit report as it was paid up in full , yet on my credit report shows up as arrears amount of R1 Nairtime
