Nairtime (One-Month Personal Loans)
I borrowed money using the VodaPay app (One-Month Personal Loan) in August 2023 and again in November 2023 (Account Numbers: *** and ***, respectively). These loans were settled in August and November, but on the credit bureaus (Experian and Transunion), these accounts show as if I've missed payments and that the accounts were never settled. Please sort this matter out as incorrect information on the credit because is detrimental to our credit profile.

10 Sept 2024, 11:28Good day,
It has been more than a month, but the Transunion credit bureau still reports that the two VodaLend accounts were not paid up and are over 150 days in arrears. The only credit bureau that reports that the accounts were paid up is Experian. Please sort this issue out.
