Nadeem deserves a raise. Awesome service!!!

So I had the pleasure of dealing with Nadeem from the Vodacom Social Media department. I posted my query on Facebook and within a few hours was called. This guy was so calm and collected, even though I was not. He listened and went out of his way to help. He constantly provided feedback, sometimes even here at 20h00 via sms, just so that I would know he hasnt forgotten about it. We eventually sorted this problem out. This employee needs to be commended on his fantastic service and approach to clients. Vodacom is lucky to have him
