I insured my cellphone with Vodacom. Early this year battery was damaged, l took it for repairs in mid June 2021. I went there twice to check, both times they promised to call me, up to this far nothing from them.
I reported the matter to Scorpion legal protection, but so far nothing from both of the companies.
I am tired of these companies.
