Mzumuhle Zondo: Vodacom's only asset!
Mzumuhle Zondo is the only light in a very dark Vodacom tunnel. Vodacom should be thanking their lucky stars to have him.

12 Jun 2021, 09:41My dad died during this so called contract reversal process, he asked me to phone everyday because it made him so anxious but nobody could / would help us. We are still getting billed. I can't explain his distress during this process and I still don't believe this will ever be resolved. I don't know who they will do a security check with because he is DEAD. Vodacom waits till you are completely exhausted and thoroughly spent to "resolve queries". They simply wait for you to give up, tire out, resign yourself to the fact that you will never get help. This lingering contract is literally the final nail in his coffin. I don't think this will make any difference, you will give me another case number, reference number, promise to phone, promise to help.
