MyVodacom online upgrade form not working

The online upgrade form on the MyVodacom website has not been working for weeks. I have asked a couple times over the last few weeks and each time I'm told that they cannot give me an ETA for it to be fixed and that it will be fixed \soon\".<br> <br> There is an online upgrade form to do the upgrade online, it should work, or be removed.<br> <br> Please let me know when it will be fixed. I do not want to upgrade over the phone.<br> <br> Thank you"
