Mystery of the missing data and VODACOM's stinking customer service!

I have a 2GB a month business contract with Vodacom, for home use. On at least two prior occasions I was told within a relatively short space of time that I'd used up the entire 2Gb and would have to buy more. Trying to get Vodacom to justify their claims proved to be pointless. This month, after logging on to the net on only two occasions for a total period of 37 minutes, according to my browsing history, I received the by now fami**** pop-up message, saying I'd depleted my data bundle! I wasted hours on the phone trying to get through to someone with any sense at Vodacom, being forced to listen to all the excuses Vodacom have for why things are never their fault. Eventually I was emailed a copy of the itemised billing which confirmed the two log-ons and a duration time of 44 minutes. Interestingly their itemised billing does not record the down/up and total bytes used in the columns provided. Why is that one wonders? I responded by email sending a print out of my browsing history and asking them to justify their ridiculous claim of 2GB data being used up in such a short space of time. That was almost a week ago. I've not even received the basic courtesy of an acknowledgement of my query! Vodacom is increasingly looking like a company that *****s data from their customers or, has a huge problem with staff *****ing data and deliberately ignores the practice because it seems this is common practice and would cost them a fortune if they had to refund. Vodacom's utter contempt for their customers and lack of integrity makes me think they're taking lessons from Jacob Zuma. A pox on Vodacom! Once these contracts have expired we will never deal with these ****** again!

So I received the following response from a someone at vodacom called Dominic.
" We are sorry to hear of the circumstances under which your posting has reached us and we do apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Please note that your query is currently in attendance with our Corporate team."
No prizes for guessing that neither Dominic or any of the other ***** has come back to me to report on developments. They're either swamped by all the data theft and simply cannot cope, or Dominic's gone on holiday thinking his job is done, I'd advise anyone thinking of signing a contract with these *****s to beware. if the price is right rather opt for pay as you go, At least you can dump them after they ***** your data,
