My Week summarised with BARELY NO cell reception

Hello Voda customer uncare? My bb 9320 last week just stopped getting signal I tried everything host routing tables registering again and again. Turn signal on and off regulary security wiped whole phone and media card must replace it all so gathered it was bis paid that? Then still HARDLY NO SIGNAL! Then today after 3 phone calls to customer care which took longer!!! Cause my phone goes to sos signal lmao to find out it was known to vodacom a week!!! Ai the top celluar provider I'm my eyes can't sernd one message to a LOYAL customer from 90's just to inform of the problem??? Nw I bought bis and am still paying power data! O consultant said problem should be solved yesterday lol took me since yesterday to gt on this site
