My Vodamail email account stopped receiving my mail

<p>I have been using my Vodamail email account for many years. All of a sudden I stopped recieving mail. I can still send mail but not send. </p> <p>I reported the issue and obtained a ref no. After 4 days still not a word from Vodacom. I called again twice with the same response: matter pending.</p> <p>I spend more than R2000 a month on Vodacom accounts, and they could not bother about all my important emails that I cannot recieve! Pathetic!! </p>
