My vodacom prepaid number is admin locked without notification to me

My vodacom prepaid number stop working (admin locked) since tbe 2nd of November 2021 without any notice, I've been on their Shops trying to get sorted.... Call center can't help too,... Vodacom forensic department is unreachable.. I've tried all possible avenue to get it addressed wth vodacom... There's no one to account

Im very frustrated because most of my things are linked to the number

Vodacom service is bad... Very much bad
