My Vodacom number is gone and vodacom not helping

My number is gone😭😭! Vodacom mall@reds is not helpful at all! Babalwa and Warren from Vodacom mall@reds were saying things with no sense. They are so ***********. How do you say I should run with all the service providers when you are my service provider. What did you do with my number 😭😭😭! How can you not pick up anything about it?
