My vodacom number *** has a travel data package that steels my airtime. I don't want the travel data, and it doesn't work. I have tried many ways listed to remove this very irritating thing. Online does not work, sending messages to codes does not work. Sending emails to customercare does not caus any reaction whatsoever or work. Speaking to a stupid robot does not work. I just want this roaming data package disabled for good and my airtime sent back. Vodacom sa deserves minus very many rating stars, they don't help you at all
