My Vodacom not working

My Vodacom App still not working for months now and only feedback from Vodacom is that they are aware of the problem and their technicians are attending to the problem. For how long will they attend to the problem ? Do they know how to fix it ? I don't believe so or otherwise their Technicians don't have the knowledge to fix the problem. Very frustrating to every time phone in to get your Data balances. UTTERLY USELESS POOR SERVICE !!!!!!!!
