My vodacom app does'nt work

So vodacom punts the use of their app even to the point where data is cheaper to purchase via the app... you know what, its all a lie... unbelievably pathetic!!! The app does not work... you end up paying more trying to get to purchase via the app... 9 times out of 10 it wont work... i tried buying a data bundle this morning. It kept on giving me an error msg. Eventually it went through then guess what... the one time it did go through but still gave an error which means i am sitting with double the data and also charged twice!!!! ***!!!! How ridiculous is this... i cannot believe that you guys are ruining your reputation like this with stupid dumb stuff!!! Learn to become competent then advertise.
