My Vodacom Account was debited with the incorrect amount for the month of December 2020

Thank you to Hellopeter for assisting me last months to cancel my Vodacom contract when the consultants were refusing to cancel my contract.

Today I have just went through my bank statement and have noticed that Vodacom has debited my account with the incorrect amount for the month of December 2020.

The experience that I am getting from Vodacom is really bad. I would like Vodacom to investigate why my account was debited with the incorrect amount and provide feedback as a matter of urgency.
