My upgrade does not include the data deal I wanted

I initially wanted to upgrade to a Sony deal plus data (extra amount) but then Gino said he has this Huawei P7 phone which has a great deal similar to the one I wanted but even cheaper and that I was lucky since it was the last one. It involved the P7 phone on a UChoose Flexi 200 package with the option to add R100 for an additional 500MB data. Gino prepared the papers which I signed under the impression that it included the special deal since that is why I took it and what we discussed throughout the consultation. Gino knew that I wanted the data to be included. On 31 August 2015 I received an SMS stating my migration to the uChoose Flexi 200 package was completed but on 1 September '15 I only received R200 airtime and not 500MB data. I went to Vodacom V&A Waterfront on 1 September '15 and asked them to check what's going on. I was informed that unfortunately Gino failed to activate the data part of the deal and there is nothing that can be done since I signed the contract. I was advised to use airtime to buy data. This is outrageous. Gino knew full well what it is that I wanted and what it is that he made me believe I was getting. Please assist me to rectify this. <br>
