My uber rides vouchers please Vodacom

I bought uber rides on the 29th of November 2019 with my Voda bucks from Vodacoms competition ShakeUp Summer and out of the 4 vouchers I bought I managed to use one and the the 3 were giving me problems, I called Vodacom since December 2019 to complain till now February 2020 my issue hasn't been resolved yet I receive texts that it has been resolved and I have to call and everytime and deal with their rude consultants telling me that their department does not work with competitions and the other guy last month reffered me to uber that it's their product I should call them and I said but I bought this vouchers from the Vodacom app but no. And I've been very patient with Vodacom till today I'm waiting since November can you imagine *this is a network I've been with over ten years but their service it's wrong I must say
