My tablet was taked in October 2014 for repair

My tablet was taken in October 2014 for soft ware repair and I still dont have it with me since then. I was told it got damaged in the preocess when It was moved from Polokwane to Samsung. I need something to use while im waiting for the tablet and no one is willign to help me. I got to a point where I stopped the debit order and now they want to black list me. And I want to buy a new tablet to replace the current one but im being told that i will have to pay for two when the damaged one get back.
