my sim cards are supended

my debit order returned unpaid and I called Vodacom to arrange to make payment and a lady gave an account number which I attempted several times while I was on the phone with her and it kept on saying its invalid, after several attempt she said she will arrange for a debit order and to this day the debit didn't go through and as the results I have use the funds and now my sim cards are suspended. I use my cellphone for business and study purposes and now its just a toy as my sim cards ae not working. I stay far from public transport and always have to request uber or bolt to get home or to the taxi rank.in times where women and children are disappearing, being ****d and ****ed, I am unable to use my phone for anything for that matter. I called in yesterday and was told my line will only be activated once payment is made,meanwhile when I did necessary arragements no one took them serious now I am stranded. ***
