My Samsung Galaxy Note Lost

I am heavily troubled because I have lost a handset, Samsung Galaxy Note 4, IMEI NO:***, Model NO: SM-N910F, Cellphone No: ***, I lost it last week 12 April 2016 in Vryburg North West Province, My problem is that all information contained in that phone is indispensable or important as it is highly private and confidential, I truly believe that if Vodacom could really intervene in my case then my phone would be easily recovered, I have registered it with Samsung account where lost phones could be traced using find my samsung phone option which perfectly works when the lost phone is switched on, but unfortunately I have been trying and logging on and it has been showing that the phone is off, and it cannot be traced while off instead it should be on for the tracker to be active, I believe and trust that Vodacom is capable of helping me to recover my phone maybe using IMEI NO or any alternative which is best for them, I would like Vodacom to intervene in my case and help me to recover my phone.

Since i received a response from Vodacom stating that they will respond sooner or in due course to my problem on the 21 April 2016 but I am still waiting even now, I am disappointed about their service.
