My phone went in for it's first repair to replace the screen as I had past my six months guarantee but still had 2 years warranty. Glass was replaced. Phone went in second time for heating and the speaker was faulty. Got it back and returned the next day for same issue but vodacom said it was the setting on the phone. Tried it the third time, same issue,it was the speaker again. Today 02/03/22 got my phone back, the speaker doesn't work with video calling or normal calls like i previously stated, I want to cancel my contract with vodacom. I did state that I do not want the damaged phone back but Samsung refused to replace the phone with a new one. So together with Samsung and Vodacom both parties are not willing to acknowledge that the phone is defective.
