my phone was not fixed

i took my phone last year for a charging fault and they replaced it with a new handset and this year it did the same thing again and now vodacom tells me that blackberry only covers the 1st year warranty in which that was not mentioned last year when i was given a new handset, and they wont fix my phone, please advise
