My phone was hacked again for the fourth time afte

In February my phone contract was hacked with R200 on my nr and other contract R200. March again R200 on both phones. Every time I called Vodacom and told them. Then they said they will block my contract so that nobody can transfer any airtime. Then later in the month again on my phone this time with data. And I got a call from someone that said I must send copy of my I'd and a avadavit to say what happened. So I did that. Up to today I didnt hear. Then Vodacom said they will block my data transfer as well. I got a call from a Corne of Vodacom that will work on this case. I was so releaved. She said that nobody will be able to do it again and they will pay me back.Then days after that they again tried to do it again. Got sms that said I ask for OTP nr. Nothing went off. Then 26 March somebody again transferred money again from my contract. 5 times. I phone everyday Corne but the phone just ring. When will this stop. Every time Vodacom start and pass the bucket to someone else. It is now from February more or less R1300. I don't feel save with Vodacom any more... for 16 years I am with Vodacom. Got 4 contracts. Please can somebody just stop this people. And I can get my money
