My Phone was damaged by Vodacom

I got a new Sony xperia from you with my contract when I upgraded in February 2015. In September my phone got water damage as I cleaned it. I know that all ports should be close when it comes in contact with water, and all posts was closed.

Water came out of the earphone jack - which is not normal to me. I took the phone in to Vodacom in Bayside centre, Cape Town.

A lady booked my phone in and agreed that there is no damage on the back cover at all. I got emails with a quotation that it is a crack on the back cover that caused the water damage and repairs can be done for +- R3000....
I requested my phone back to first see the back cover as I know when we booked it in and there was no damage what so ever!! Got it back and there was the chip on the back cover - so this back cover was damaged at Vodacom!
I sent it back again as this was not damaged when I booked it in and I am not responsible for the back cover. And that the supplier must do a pressure test on the phone.

Got the phone back at the Bayside store and saw that the back cover was changed. They put a brand new back cover in the phone. And said that the phone is B.E.R ???

I am still waiting for my phone
