My phone never came back from repairs

It's been 5 months since I took my phone for repairs to the above vodacom shop,till today I have not recieved my phone. I've complained several times to vodacom through their customer care and their repairs department but my complaints are falling on deaf ears,they always say they are investigation and they will come back to me and they never do.I will be writing my complaint here everyday until vodacom does the right thing and give me my phone while I'm still consulting other avenues that can help me with this.Its also the second time that I'm writing my complaint here,vodacom contacted me and said they are investigating and it's been a month now and still nothing. A very unhappy customer .
