My phone hasnt been fixes since May

To whom it may concern <br> <br> I have been waiting for my phone to be fixed by Vodacom Jabulan since May 2015, I was billed for the phone R429, I paid it but my phone wasnt fixed, I sent it back beginning of june, since then I haven't received my phone instead, all I get is doors being literally shut on my face and Onkabetse walking away, being insulted by the repair centre agent, cynthia and being called a **** by Mulalo (jabulani technician) all claiming that my phone is available at the store, but every time when I get there since June, Onkabetse always tell me the phone is not there, I must come back again it will be ready, when I return he gives me another story. <br> Yesterday while I was trying to explain to a social media consultant AR, he then reffered to me as uncivilised and childish all because I am angry at vodacom for failing to assist me, in fact it appears as if the entire organisation is trying their utmost best not to assist me in having my phone. <br> Today I was insulted by Onkabetse when he gave me a R3k phone as a replacement for my R8k phone, and he was not even ashamed for it.
