My payments are going to my ex wife account?!?!?!

I have been having a major issue with Vodacom for about a year now, Last year I was going through a divorce and wanted my shared Vodacom account with my soon to be ex wife split. as it was in her name and I kept having to pay amounts towards it that I wasn’t happy about.

In June 2017 we went to the Vodacom shop at Longbeach mall in noodhoek Cape town to have the account split and my number moved to my own personal account.

Since then I have been paying my account every single month to be cut off at the end of each month?

After going to three different Vodacom stores in the Cape, Blue Route mall, Long beach mall and Constantia village I finally found out that my Number is still in my Ex wife name. I would pay my installment and then be cut off and told I hadn’t paid the right amount, Like a total fool I would pay the amount again as I though it might be the extra data on my account that was the issue.

I thought I had fixed the issue after talking to vodacom on the phone about 6 times now and told it would be changed.

Once again vodacom has not dealt with this issue and just logging into my online vodacom account shows me its still in her name and once again my phone has been cut off. I have been paying on time every single month but the money keeps going into her account!!!

I am a freelance video producer and my cell phone is key to my business.

I have the bank statements to prove I have paid, but cant seem to get an answer from vodacom or get help.

Please can some body help me.
