My number was just deleted off system along with the airtime that was in there

<p>Just got off the phone with a consultant on 082111. Was told that my Sim was cancelled and i could not get my number back. My airtime that was on that card had also since disappeared. </p> <p>How can Vodacom just delet numbers off the system and take peoples money which is on the cards?</p> <p>I request an answer..... my deleted number is ********** 960</p> <p>The whole idea to Rica is so they have our details, if need be let us know via mail, email..... that number is going to be deleted, this can be done early enough.</p> <p> </p>
