my name on credit bureau

Kindly assist me as Vodacom has taken me to the lawyers they claim to have listed my name on the credit bureau after I clearly stated that I do not want the contract anymore. Firstly I was handed over to Burnardraff Attorneys, and now I’m being handed over to Hammondpole Attorneys.

I need to know why my name is being dragged to credit the bureau for a service that was not rendered to me, please listen to the phone calls made from ********** 660 to vodacom between December 2015 and February 2016 where I kept on calling Vodacom telling them that I do not need this contract anymore. Data was loaded on my phone and I contacted them and told them that I was not going to use the data they must take it back as I had already cancelled my contract.

Question? Why would I have wanted to continue with vodacom’s contract after the service I received from your Southgate Branch.
