My name is not cleared with vodacom lawyers

Good day.<br> <br> I was applying for new contract with vodacom at Makro on the 11 April 2014 in Woodmead. After filling all documents for processing my application. My application was decline. Reason was that my name is blacklisted on vodacom as previously I did have a contract which I struggle to pay but I paid everything and close the account 4 years ago. <br> <br> I want to know WHY my name is blocked???? And why I am not cleared after more than 4 years.<br> Can my name be cleared so that I apply for new contract please.<br> Can I get someone to send me a proof that my name is removed and my application is not declined by vodacom please. I am asking for urgently answer so that I move forward without my name be dragged by Vodacom lawyers.<br> If I am owing, tell me how much do I owe please so that I can pay. <br> <br> This is against my constitutional rights to have my name blocked without owing any cents from vodacom. <br> I need an answer as soon as of today.<br>
